Please be aware that freight charges will be shown on your online
order summary/confirmation if a mix of bush and standard roses are purchased, a mailed final confirmation will be
posted to you from our offices shortly after processing.
Specified freight despatch dates on the Purchase Form are the date it will
leave our Sydney nursery. In most cases it will take 2 - 4 days to reach
it's destination.
2010 Despatch dates are : 31st May 2010, 7th June 2010, 21st June 2010, 5th July 2010, 19th July 2010,
2nd August 2010. Later August - October despatches will be made as soon as possible after receiving the order.
Pickup at Swane's Dural, Carlingford, Sylvania after 1st June 2009. After that date there are always packaged roses available at the nurseries. Quarantine inspection charges are not a freight component of an order and will be added to all destination in NT, Tas and WA.
Quarantine inspection charges apply to any order for shipping to NT,
WA, Tas. $60.00 per order and are charged as a mandatory item for those states.

In the event of a rose plant failing to grow
- contact Swane's and when instructed to do so return the plant with a matchbox size soil sample from
the planting position and the receipt of your purchase
to Swanes. Swanes will choose to replace, refund or issue
a credit for the purchase price, depending on the availability,
in that year or the next.
Plant returns will not be accepted
